dear sir, The children who are seen begging don't know what migration means - u do - so besides pointing out the 'shame' factor are we ready to do something about it ?
Police have always been there .... have been able to stop crime, drugs .....?
We, Goans have to take initiative and do something; not just talk ....
(If u still cannot figure out what to do, pls mail back, and I'll tell u what can be done)
... or else, live with the 'loz' and deal with it .... !!!
