Johnny Cash and The Carter Family 1960

Greetings, all of you who posted comments to this clip. I posted this because it is a remarkable piece of music frozen in time on film. It deserves to be shared.

I personally do not believe there is a God. Not that it matters. I am however deeply touched by this artists struggle between what he is taught to be right and true, and the pain of living the life he led at this point in time.

If you feel the need to praise the God of you belief, please do so where and when ever you choose. But if you want to shove that God down my throat, or hit me in the head with its alleged scriptures, please dont.

And atheist friends; let the Jesus freaks be. As long as they dont kill or condemn, let them have their comfort.

Keep the comments about whats real.

Best wishes
Peter Frövik
