@keybobrob: "Cliche?" I think you have an extraordinary definition of the term. How is somebody who spent about a year every night presenting things that had never before been heard or seen on T.V.? He gave us an hour a night of information that the world of PC left wing CLICHES would allow the nation to see. Just go look at the program he did on the history of Progressivism & communism. He had quotes from Marx himself advocating genocide. He did special on Bonhoeffer. That isn't cliche.

I saw several replies to my post. The BoM is being proven by various types of evidence from DNA to ancient artifacts. The original church under Catholic rule became corrupt and needed heavenly intervention to establish the true church of Christ on Earth. This, of course, has happened, and the authority to act under Christ's name was restored. Many want to deny this, but by and by they will find out the truth.

This is slanderous abuse of what he said. I believe he is simply denouncing the attitude of nihilistic indifference to the truth. He is telling people to seek the truth, take a chance on some principle & stand for it. It is proves false then rethink & try again. Whatever the failures of Mormon teaching, the insane denunciations of all things Mormon by some people is really quite bigoted.
