Tarpon caught off the Anna Maria City Pier

Watch as a 5-6 ft tarpon puts up a vicious fight, but is finally pulled in. The fish was pulled over to the lower dock and released without taking it out of the water.

I am not sure what kind of bait was used. I just filmed it. Was probably fishing for sharks with cut mackerel if I had to guess.
