The Video played at the Trial of Greg Davis

A group of Christians went to Schenectady NY for one day (the trial lasted a number of days with delays) of Greg's trial and heard blatant lying by the prosecution's witnesses. God and the video tape convinced the judge that it was a false arrest but the decision was delayed for a long period of time.

As far as I know you can preach on a college campus without permission as long as you are using just your voice - no bullhorns or anything.

newbirth35, I can't remember what the words are. All state unversities are supposed to be open to freedom of speech but unfortunately this doesn't apply to Christians. Christians have freedom of speech as long as we don't use it.

Had he shown the court decision to the cop at first, this may have ended better. I think the cop was just ignorant. Not to say that if the camera was not running the cops may have been a little more... "engaging". The Administrator...now there's a lost man if I ever saw one.

crazy650c, I believed that off camera Greg tried to show the police the document but they ignored it. During the Dean's testimony, he said he lived with a partner.

Ah, the coming police state:

"We'll have him arrested for trespassing and then we'll seize his camera and tape as evidence..."

Well, I guess it's all the same anyway. There's coming a time where the federal protections will be gone as well.

We were told by our political leaders that Iraq had weapons and planed to attack us.  It was all lies, but I guess Greg Davis forgot that part.

Watching this really hostile and either grossly ignorant, or flat out lying cop again, I remembered why he made me so mad the first time. Please sue the man. Please sue all of them. It's the single biggest thing you can do, with the legal system that is, to protect the Constituion and Freedom of Religion and Speech. Please sue them, you can do it under Title 42 Section 1983 of the Federal Code.

I'm glad your case was dismissed, but please file a Federal Civil Rights lawsuit under Title 42 Section 1983. Your charges being dismissed is not enough, they need to pay you money and be very publicly discredited and shamed.
