This is the timelapse video of my 12 minute long hobby body workout I do regularly. It's far from professional I know, but I like doing it for my health and for having fun! Much better than smoking :)

It is very important to warm up before each heavy weight work! I spend 15-20 minutes with gymnastic exercises before starting the training itself, I don't want my joins to be deteriorated by the age of 40.

Since I'm an amateur sportsman I don't really care about eating habits, body weight, or about coming up with a much more accurate and thorough training plan. I do it my way and in the last 5-6 years it seemed to be efficient.

My 12-15 minute "aerob body workout" (for my 70 kg body weight) consists of the followings:

1 - I do weight pushing on a bench with 80 kilograms, or about 160 pounds. Repeats 20-10-10 or sometimes 20-15-10/20-15-15

2 - It is then followed by press-ups, 3 times 20, sometimes 3 times 30.

3 - Pull downs with 46 kg: 2 x 40 with upper hold, 1 x 30 with lower hold. I am trying to do it with 3 times 40.

4 - Biceps with 12 kg, 3 times 10 but I am going to increase weight or the number of repeats.

5 - Abdominal muscle training as sit ups, 3 times 30.

Frequency: 3/4 times a week.

It is important to mention that all it is done in less then 15 minutes! Not a big deal regarding the number of repeats and moved weights but very exhausting when you do it without stopping. It can be noticed daily how your current physical condition changes and so how your maximum efficiency varies. Combined with 15 minutes of jogging/running it increases stamina and generally makes you feel healthier and more delighted.

I think it's a nice type of training if you don't like spending hours in a gym but still you want to be fit, a bit stronger and healthy.
