Dawid Trzensimiech, Royal Ballet Artist, and Akane Takada, Royal Ballet First Artist, demonstrate pirouettes.

Pirouette: A famous ballet movement in which the dancer performs a complete turn en pointe or demi-pointe. Pirouettes may be performed in any given position, in arabesque, in second position, etc.

Origin:
From Old French pirouet, spinning top.

  • The girl is much better than the guy, sorry to say. I think he could work on his balance -not the main factor and i understand, pirouettes are hard- and the really big mistake was the way he almost like WAITED for her to be done and to hold herand stuff. my advice, dance with her.. you'll ace your exam that way :) But amazing, both of you!
