JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED 2:54 & remember Moses said to his people: "O my people! JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. In Pakistan the judiciary has been made independent but its just there to decide & issue its decisions. Implementation of judiciarys decision must also be legalized either by providing a special police force to it or by some constitutional amendment. As Pakistans civil police needs to be heavily bribed for implementing any court decisions. If one cant afford the amount needed to activate police all struggle of proving oneself on the right is zero.

While blaming a lawyer for destroying the process of justice in Pakistan by finding loopholes and using justice delaying tactics he said Loopholes are there in Pakistans Constitution. If any law or amendment is passed when its finalized it contains loopholes & these loopholes are created to enable the corrupt class rule us. Result is before all. Pakistan after 62yrs still stands in the undeveloped, poor & corrupt nations. Can the Chief Justice of Pakistan make a team to remove the loopholes.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. Quaid E Azam also belonged to the lawyer community and successfully fought for freedom of Muslims. Lawyers forum fighting for the restoration of judiciary & constitution must accelerate the speed of justice and must stay away from justice delaying tactics. Only then can the prolific Govt realize the change being demanded by the people alter its lavish ruling style & developing Pakistan can be enabled to stand on its own feet bringing prosperity here.

Judiciary, & Constitution have never been made to stabilize in Pakistan since 1947. But now that the media is so strong that all black & white is being clearly exposed revival of Judiciary & Constitution in its original state is the only way to survive whether for Pakistan or for the rulers. The ruling class whether civil or military is no longer appreciated for going against the Constitution or dismissal of judges fighting for the implementation of law & order. This is a fact accepted globally

Since the day Pakistan came into being justice is just a dream for a common man. A judge is not allowed to officiate in any specific city court for more than a few months. Similarly a police officer officiating at district level like SSP is not allowed to work for a month or 2 at the seat and these actions encourage outlaws as well as violation of law here. The officiating govt is not interested in implementing the law. It's just desirous of it corruption to be unexposed in this way.

Also dear irfan if you think you are a muslim and you are following the instruction of Quran and Our Prophet (PBUH) than you are doing very bad, we are never taught in islam to react like that. Who ever this man is what ever he is doing let him do and wait and see what happen next.
