In this tutorial I show you how to create a simple "picture-in-picture" (P.I.P.) effect using Sony Vegas. It's very simple to do and only takes about a minute.
It should be the same thing, just do exactly what he did in the video. For a still screen i'm not sure but i would just split one frame and extend it.
Nice video! Just that when you were draggin' arround the windows it was a bit confusing since it was constantly zoomed in. If you aren't already, I would suggest getting Camtasia Studio 7 (you can find Videos to crack it safely anywhere) cause it's really easy to work with a lot of zooms within a short time. Could have come in handy with this Video.
