  • Thanks a lot, this will improve my forms better, i've been doing these exercises along with others but i haven't been using that supinate-form and i haven't always used FRM on the EZ-bar, full range motion

  • @stoneecold23 actually, close grip bench, dips, bench press and push ups work the triceps, not the biceps, although your triceps make up 2/3 of the upper arm so they are movements you wanna do :-) If you work your back with pull ups, barbell rows etc. you will notice that your forearms and biceps will give out sooner than your back and you wanna put the focus on the back not your biceps. But basically in all movements your body works multiple muscles. Some more than others..

  • good video. But for newer people working out isn't it better to work biceps through full-body stuff that works multiple muscle groups? like chins, close-grip bench, dips, bench press, pushups?
