Dr. Bill Avery, Adjunct Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Nevada, discusses Amateur ("Ham") Radio with the Reno "Sons and Daughters of Liberty" group. He talks a little about the history, how he got started, what's involved, and more. Dr. Avery's talk is geared to a beginner's knowledge level but he discusses many different topics, so it's a fun and informative talk for everyone.
