  • Hey, I saw you were using a Garmin Nuvi. What model Nuvi are you using? My current Car GPS doesn't work, but my friend has a Nuvi, and my hiking GPS broke.

  • @Leftovers4Dinner

I'm not sure what Model that Nuvi was. Put your GPS to offroad mode.

  • did you check the pinecone you pulled out of the pipe?

  • @arcuesfanatic

  • Please note however, it's possible that if the cacher who planted that one really was dumb enough to put it in a cemetary, that the first geocacher with half a brain who came along and found it would have immediately removed it. Check the logs on the site to see if that's the case.

  • Check around the perimeter of the cemetary. 1) The name of the cache is "the edge of death" implying it's at the edge of the cemetary, and 2) most geocachers aren't fucking STUPID ENOUGH to put a cache INSIDE a cemetary. Yes it's open to the public and not trespassing or illegal, but it's still disrespectful. Common sense suggests, then, that the cache is not going to be on the cemetary grounds. Of course, there are exceptions to every rule: It's quite possible this was planted by an idiot.

  • NO NO NO!!! A cache on the cemetery is a no-go! Thumbs down!

  • Did you actually find it?

  • @razzybirdman nope :(

  • Car gps are horrid when it comes to walking. Check the woods beyond the grave, the last 12 feet or do are usually off, not all the time though. Just depends on your signal.
