  • Mmm another awesome recipe Laura!! I will def be trying this out this week! I made your blueberry muffin recipe a few days ago, and my whole family said they were the BEST BB muffins they have ever had!! And another family favorite is your chicken & spinach salad, love it! Seriously I need you to apply for your own food network show, haha! :)

  • @kkk345ify you know what, some people just give their opinion about something and dont even say it in a rude way. This is what I did. I even subscribed her ages ago. I also got it that it sounds italian and I am aware of that she is from italy. Youtube was also made to "comment" and give suggestion. I don't think that she or any other youtuber can be influenced by just one opinion of a subscriber. U can talk at home like this if you want to, but respect others opinion.

  • Cooked this for my family, really nice! Particularly love the onions & potatoes. I didn't have pearl onions, so I sautéd some thick white onion slices after searing the meat, and they turned out great. My parents have just got back from Italy and brought back some extremely good balsamic vinegar, which we used to dress the meal on our plates, as well as some cheaper balsamic for the cooking part. Thanks Laura! I've just discovered you, and will try some more of your recipes soon :)

  • @joker5266 Why would you be hesitant to use evoo to sear meat? It crisps the outside quickly without overcooking the inside so you can get that premium oven time to tenderize the meat. Rachael Ray uses it all the time to sear meat.
