Sinatra had "style" but not a ton of developed and refined talent in terms of vocal skills. Andy completely surpasses Sinatra in that realm, although I enjoy the singing of both of them.

Andy Williams never seen the day he could do better than Frank Sinatra. This is not even a song he could sing well. Of course, this is my opinion, but Andy is like a bad mirror, no refelction on him.
