エキサイティングアワー MAT MANIA(Arcade Normal) Endless play

永久パターンがあまりにも有名なエキサイティングアワー。自分が使っていた永久パターンが、広く知られているパターンと違うようなのでやってみました。

スタート直後、まず上に移動して、相手も上に寄って来たところにショルダータックル。これは自分が上に移動する前に、相手がある程度下に来るのを待ってからの方がやりやす­いです。次に相手が起き上がるのを先読みしてショルダータックルを連発します。そのうち相手の起き上がりが遅くなってショルダータックルが空振りするようになるので、そこ­で相手を起こしてパイルドライバー、相手は上のコーナーの近くに倒れるはずなので、後はコーナーに登ってサンセットフリップ3回→フォールで勝利です。どんなに難易度が上­がっても、このパターンが使えます。

難易度がEasyの場合は、パイルドライバーの後に相手が起き上がるのが早く、サンセットフリップが空振りすることがしばしばあるので、コーナーに登る前にもう一度相手を­起こしてロープに振り、ローリングソバットを決めておくと良いでしょう。

海外版のMAT MANIAには、プレイヤーであるトミーの持ち技に、エキサイティングアワーにはないドロップキックとアトミックドロップがあるそうです。

ちなみにショルダータックルで相手がロープリバウンドしたらこち­らもロープへ走って反対側へ向けてショルダータックルをしないと­設定が厳しい台や面が進んだ時に時間が足りなくなる恐れが有りま­す

Try and do your move set on mania challenge 2, you wouldn't last long. The running forearm is useless and 3 turnbuckle drops 1 after another don't work either, its hell of alot harder.

I'm proud to say that I fought Blues Bloody many times in the arcade and never lost a single match against him. Undefeated. Coco Savege usually was the one who beat me with his cheap moves eventually. This was a great wrestling game for its time. I always liked to finish matches with a big splash.
