Hi, everyone, how are you? It is Leah Coss from the Mortgage Centre and I just wanted to throw out there. You know, I work with mortgages on a daily basis. I have got my hands dirty in it I think I know what I am talking about, but you don't always know what I'm talking about. So I want to throw this out there that I would really love it if you guys can tell me what makes sense, what doesn't make sense.
What questions do you have? What are the main issues that you have concerning your specific situation that you want to know about? Are you self employed? Are you a new immigrant? Are you looking to become a flipper of homes? What is it about mortgages that is really confusing you? What's fixed, what's variable, what's closed? Let me know what confuses you the most. What do you have questions about the most? What pertains to your situation that you want answered? And in hopefully a quick and concise manner, I can either do a written blog about it; I can do a video blog.
That's another thing I want to know. What's working for you? Do you like the video blogs or do you prefer the written articles? I'm happy to do both, which is what I'm currently doing right now. I'm trying to do one on video; taking one talk and doing a video on it as well as a written article. But help me save some time here. What works for you best? Do you like the video or do you like the written articles and what questions do you have that I can answer for you? Whatever question you have, a million other people are having the exact same question.
Now please keep in mind that I am a Canadian broker, so I could answer some things for people in the US, but it's not necessarily going to be correct.
[laughs]
Leah: So this is mostly for Canadians. And this is nationwide. Canadian rules are Canadian rules. There might be a little bit of differences from BC, but, really, I can't think of any. Lenders are nationwide, government mandated rules are nationwide, and therefore, so are brokers. So, let me know what I can do to help you out. I'd love to be a resource for you. As well, realtors, what do you want to know from a mortgage broker that can help you to close more deals, give better customer service to your clients and overall just create a much smoother transaction for you and everyone involved.
So let me know. Leah Coss with the mortgage centre. Give me a call. Leave a comment on this video or on this blog post. Send me an email directly. Give me a text message if you like. Whatever works best for you. You can always, of course, find me on Twitter as well. My Twitter name is Mortgages in Vancouver, and hopefully I will hear from you soon. I would really appreciate help and the new blog post ideas. Thanks.
