Hi i used to work for Thomasville upholstery in hickory.They have let almost everyone go and now get their furniture from china,vietnam,phillipines,etc thats the reason it took so long for you to received your furniture.If its made by furniture brands international that bought out thomasville,henedron,drexel,and lots more there is a 90+% that your furniture was made overseas.It is pure garbage.The frames are made out of inferior wood that will rot and come apart very shorly.

As a life long resident of Thomasville NC I am ashamed of the word Thomasville being put on the junk..yes junk that is coming out of China. Furniture Brands Inc put thousands of NC workers out of a job all over the state, not just Thomasville They have completely ruined the good name of all the brands they manufacture and I refuse to buy any of it. When are Americans going to wake up and stop supporting manufacturers who are taking our jobs. We are stupid supporting a Communist government also.

I love Thomasville Furniture. It's wonderful to see skilled artisans applying their skills to Thomasville. It's a shame that we once used to do this here in America and now this great company farms out their manufacturing overseas. What chased away American labor? The cost of doing business is what did it. Regulations, restrictions, taxes, you name it, everything Democrats love to use as weaponry as they wage war on the American economy and the American worker.
