This is the hidden easter egg from DVD2 of Marbles on the Road. It features Marillion performing Garden Party from Marillion Weekend 2003. It was the final encore after they played the complete Afraid of Sunlight album and 4 preview songs from the forthcoming Marbles album.

I own this DVD so how does one activate the easter egg to get the videos?

On DVD 2, go to "Bonus Features" and let the menu play for around 4 minutes, after which the video will start to play.

The same works for DVD 1, except you get the "Swap the Band" performance of Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here".

Its interesting - all the fans of old Marillion always complain that the band never play any of the old songs - and then when the band play something for a bit of fun at a convention - they all sit and slag it off.

No wonder Steve Hogarth prefers to only play stuff written in the 11 superb albums since he joined the band (nearly 20 years ago now).

1- fish is not the composer of this song, was a band write... and fish is not the marillion singer in aprox.mmm 20 years??...and hogarth is the best marillion singer.. because sing so much better than this fish... well, this song with fish is great, but with hgarth.. is Better... fish was (1-10. fish is 7,and hogarth 10)

Steve Hogarth is best singing his own (Marillion) material...not covering Fishs' classics such as this. Hearing the crowd reaction to the pre 1988 material says one thing....FISH!

The whole band has been a wreck since Fish left. Hogarth can't sing at all and if you prefer him to Fish then enjoy being tonedeaf. Fish forever!!! ((()))<<< Oh and Fish wrote this, Steve has no right to "sing" it.
