As a vegetarian - I am divided in my response to SysiphusRedeemed's video. I am not sure about the morality of eating meat for myself but can I inflict that view on others - it is a little like the difference in the spectrum between a secularist, an atheist and an anti-theist - I tend to be a secularist - I hold a view and as long as you do not force me to eat meat and I do not force you to abstain from meat - I am okay.

Ohhh no, people are passionate and emotional about moral issues. Maybe people shouldn't get all hyped up about that "Racism" thing. MLK should have been more rational when giving his speeches and trying to get black people basic human rights.
You're a goon trying to ease YOUR own conscience by avoiding his arguments and instead pathetically attacking his "style and tone". Pitiful!

Hiya Hythloday,
Sorry, I must disagree fully with this first vid of yours. Certainly there is (good) reasoning one might feel empathy for kicking the puppy, and no empathy for kicking the rock. Empathy just means we can understand pain and suffering and project that understanding on to others. I'll watch part 2 after work today and elaborate more.
