  • Just curious, where do you get the majority of your metal from? Do you buy it, or is it salvaged from broken machines, failed projects, etc.?

  • @tijuanamarisol666

I'm using logging truck springs which I forge into bar stock to make knives or Damascus.

    The big springs are 1095.

  • If you play the song A knife in the Dark from the lord of the rings and watch this video its much more epic.

  • @27fatfeet

    Of course.

  • how did you get started woth smithing and what's a good place for information?

  • @hbadtodabone

You have something that I didn't have when I started.

    The internet.

    It's all out there.
