  • Susun I love your wisdom and vids. But I think it would help viewers a lot if you amplify the sound some in editing. Its hard to hear some times and I have everything turned all the way up. I to am a teacher of wild-crafted herbalism and apprenticed under many well known herbalist. I do believe you know one, Gail Edwards. Checkout my channel pls.

  • @winterskyshadow35 Raw vinegar, apple cider for example. i use it when i have a cold, a friend gargles with it (diluted) but i just mix with honey and water.

  • is this science or superstition...

  • Love sauerkraut with pork loin. I bash up a good amount of caraway seed in a mortar and pestle. The caraway seeds, still more or less intact, but bruised are tossed into the kraut and there left to soak up and spread the flavor. UNBELIEVABLY good. You'll love it.

  • YES! Good beer in moderation is a health food.

  • beer is fermented too, right?

  • if kraut is fermented cabbage and vinegar is fermented, do you think that vinegar would have similar effects?

  • eat kimchi!
