Lui torna la musica sempre in dietro perche vuole capire come era bello prima, allora continua de mettere sempre questo passagio in dietro, solo perche tutto andava bene, e ne ha rimorsi, perche il tempo non se puo controlare!

The place of the dead son will stay empty for ever. When an own child dies, the parents feel themselves dying too. They "are" already dead anyhow. It's a terrible drama, in the first place for a mother.

This is not Moretti's best film but it gives an idea of the infinite sorrow in which the whole family falls. It's a descendant way - with no return.

The saperation of the persons, the gradual changing of the size and, most of all, the music of 'water dances' truly get the emotions amplified enough.
