Vintage video of the JBA DOMINATOR GTA at the Road & Track High Speed Shoot out in 1989. The Dominator GTA did 175MPH and dominated the competition becoming the First IRS Mustang to out perform the New Corvette ZR1, Twin Turbo Supra and a wide array of custom tuned super cars.

@macdre41510 Did they buy it when it was on eBay a few years ago? I remember the bidding was around $40,000 and this thing SHOULD be worth quite a bit of money. as It's certainly a nice bit of Late-Model Mustang history...

@lescaux The 306 isn't a stroker, it's simply a bored .30 over 302 (5.0 liter) and maintains the factory three inch (3") stroke. If I remember, this JBA Mustang competed and beat the ZR1 Corvette and Twin Turbo Supra...??? I also remember seeing it on eBay a few years back...

I remember that car had a 306 stroker with a holley 750, single plane intake, custom cam and 625 hp with 2:73 rear gear. Man I love that car.
