First Kiss is a jdrama about this girl (Mio) who has a severe heart problem and decides that she's going to be mean to everyone so that they remember her when she dies. (Instead of thinking 'oh what a nice girl' and then forgetting her) The song is Still alive from Portal It's suppoesed to be ironic...but..oh well
