Purchased indulgences cannot purchase forgiveness or even in advance of sins we intend to commit.--most assuredly not. Christ wants something from us, it is certain. It isn't money, He wants a relationship with us, He wants us to know Him face to face and to love Him with our whole hearts. To this end, nothing He asks of us is a burden, rather, we obey Him because we delight to please Him as He has become the object of all or our love. If we sin, He is ever present to forgive us our sins.
What is the point of imputed righteousness? If it is a piece of paper saying that I am righteousness. Give me actual righteousness instead. ie If I have forgiveness of my sins and Christ why do I need a piece of paper.
I am saved because God has come into my life. Even if I believed and had faith this is still just God working in me and I still cannot boast about it. Any good thing I do is still all God. What is the problem with thinking of good works in this way? Does this not explain the passages that seem to emphasize are good works. Like judgment according to works and producing fruit passages. Is it not true that a non Christian cannot do good and that a Christian cannot fail to do good?
What is the difference between my righteousness and Christs imputed righteousness to me? Are not my works important? When I think about anything good in me I don't feel that I can boast about it (though I sinfully might) Why would I boast about what I have as if it was not given to me. Surely all my righteousness is of Christ imputed or otherwise. My works are not my works, at least i dont look at mine in that way. I just thank God that He is working in me. It is not me but Christ in me.
There are a host of Christians blaspheming the Holy Spirit when they say the miracle works He does in His anointed people to be a devil. An offense that cannot be forgiven.
You also miss the mark by the verse in Revelation where Christ warns of the condition not to be blotted out of the book of life if they did not overcome..
Typical cop out of people caught in a corner with their own doctrine. Calvinist doctrine of divine election declares that He tampers with the human will to initiate salvation. The problem here is not with me it is with your concept. If God tampers with the human will to make it His sovereign choice alone. Then his exclusion of the rest is His will that many should perish. Your concept of sovereignty is distorted.
If you can tell us that you believe that God is ABSOLUTELY SOVEREIGN, then perhaps we might take some time out of our precious days to answer you sarcastic comment!
You don't believe God is Sovereign - don't waste our time!
You say that God is not a Calvinist! No Calvinist would make such a claim! However, you seem to believe that the Holy Spirit is female and is the wife of God the Father, and that Jesus Christ was the offspring of this union.
Ya, you've been listening to that emo goth TicToc witch. And you know what God has to say about that! Don't you?

Go easy on me as I am fairly new to this.

Another distortion is the insinuation that the right of Choice is some kind of works gospel. Another of the deceptions of Calvinism
