LRD Factory "Logo Tut Sessions"

A clean, professional, Logo design made easy.
In this logo tutorial we develop the design using shapes, the pen tool and finishing touches using layer effects.

** NOTE: To create curves on the triangle using a mac you will need to do the following:
Press down on the Alt key, click on the ancor point you wish to change, press the Shift Key to keep the ancor locked at the correct angle then drag.
Whilst you are doing this do not take your finger off of the Alt key. **

  • what is the document size to get it to look high aulit yon ur channel i can make the icons but mine are bad quality even in PNG

  • @wutupwityou For the purposes of the video the document size was 1920 x 1080px

  • I triede like a million times to do that "wut curve" ? when i hold down ALT and SHIFT and click the edge of the form i cant make it curve like that... is that because i dont have a mac or what ?

  • @Ep0 OK! Try pressing down on the Alt key, Then click on the ancor point you wish to change, press the Shift Key to keep the ancor locked at the correct angle then drag. Whilst you are doing this do not take your finger off of the Alt key.

  • i dont have a cmd cos i dont have a mac so what can i do?:S

  • @Specktrofscapy I think the Ctrl key on a PC should do the same job as pressing the cmd key on a mac. I haven't used a PC for many years so you may need to google the short hand keys for a PC.

  • I tried following the tutorial and as sure I as I am its good.. you have really poor teaching skills... try actually explaining what you press and how you do it.. not just do it and be like oh yeah i done that... moving on. fool.

  • @AdriianFTW I'm gathering that either you're not using your eyes whilst watching this video or you have literally just bought photoshop. If you are new to photoshop then I would suggest watching a few "Introduction to photoshop tuts" to familiarize yourself with the software. However if you struggled with a specific area, ask and the answer will be given, just like others have taken the opportunity to ask questions depending on their learning level within photoshop.
