Can I use mouthwash instead of water, or a mix of water and mouthwash?

do you need to use warm water i like to use cold better

@kangie285 you can use any temperature of water, but cold tends to be sensitive to most peoples teeth.

please someone answer back! Im really scared if I have a disease because im only 12! my gums hut on the bottom of my teeth but they are not red! Heres the thing though...I get my fingernails and when I get nervous i put them down the middle of my teeth where you would floss.Sometimes i go up and down like you would with floss but i would accidentally scrap down the gum. Is this because its growing back?I am really scared please comment back!

@ZachPoopyTV I would try to stop the fingernail habit and have someone check out your gums to make sure they are okay, but it sounds harmless and things should heal back if you can fix the nail habit.

I was told to fill up the container of half warm water and the other half Hydrogen Peroxide, use after brushing your teeth cause that when your gums are more relaxed to get further into the cleaning. Good idea?
