I had a similar experience that I went to Rantis this summer. My parents and their entire family were born and raised in Rantis and settler thugs was all I could find. Not only did the land belong to my family but my tax dollars payed for those settlements. They got extra ugly with me when I told them that. I hope there comes a day when as a Palestinian American I can go back and truly see my land.
