@MrDaleaaaa No I don't think they're stupid. I think they're extremely smart. That's what's frightening about our current situation & why I said we need to replace congress before we call a convention. The leftists on the supreme court fully understand the second amendment, they just disagree with it.

Back in the early 1980's Congress passed the Penny-Casic Act. (sp?) this required a balanced budget. Then Congress began passing spending bills as exceptions to the Penny-Casic Act. So yes, we have had a balanced budget act not far in the past. If I remember correctly Kennedy was a major player in killing this Act once it was passed.

As the video shows, at least two sources dispute this claim that the letter was written in 1988 including a copy of the letter itself which has been on a website since 1999. Does it make sense the keystone of evidence for the JBS would be misreported on two sites by two different sources? In any event, regardless of date, the questions of accuracy of statements by Burger remain.

There is NO question that the 1988 Burger letter is authentic.
Google search "jbs warren burger letter" to see it. The first link has it.
What kind of goofballs are running FOAVCC?
The letter was written in 1988 not 1983 and Burger's letterhead clearly shows the word "retired." Dan Rather has nothing to fear from FOAVCC. We anxiously await your news on President Obama's Certificate of Live Birth.
how is the approval of 38 states a dangerous thing? whatever the convention proposes, it means nothing until 38 states agree to any one idea. this video is bogus. the u.s. constitution is not dangerous.

There's nothing wrong with a convention as long as you pick honest constitutionalists as the delegates. The problem is that congress would pick socialists & communists. So before we can call a convention we need to flush the toilet and get rid of the turds that is our current congress. My suggestion is to find true constitutionalists to vote for in every election from town mayor, to governor, to president & everything in between.
I'm putting this on all 4 parts.
