@Killerkiki313 Close. 1st - Shoes. 2nd - Mic 3rd - Turntables 4th - Grafitti 5th - Jesus. He put all these in this song as they are the 5 elements that make up the Hip-Hop culture, the 5th one being long forgotten by most MCs in mainstream rap.
-
@TransFatForThought No the different elements do not represent the things you spoke of only. The shoes represents just that. Having tight shoes is an essential part of the hip-hop culture we used those to break dance. The mic is just that you can't do any of it without a mic. The turntables do not represent DJing as DJing can be done in many other genres of music, DJs aka Disc Jockeys were around well before Hip-Hop. The spray can was not one of the elements rather graffitti was the element.

Holy hip hop genius

@Killerkiki313 4 elements of HIP HOP: breaking, rapping, djing, and graffiti...
-
In case you guys didn't get it, the shoes represent break dancing, mic represents rapping, turntables represent djing, spray can represents graffiti. They're the four elements of hip-hop culture. Being himself, he threw in God.

@Killerkiki313 3rd element is the turn tables.
These are the essential elements to at a good show.
Most people do not count God in on there night out.
But he's there... Acknowledge Him!

Okay this is just a guess. 1st element: Shoes. 2nd Element: Microphone. 3rd Element: Records. 4th Element: Spray paint. 5th Element: God... I'm wondering why he put all these things together.
