Myself using Vista, 4 gb of ram, 3.12 ghz 2 duo, and a 8800gt at 512mb. Running it 1920x1200, was doing 30-40 fps everything max and mearly turning shadow detail down a bit got it over 60+ most of the time. I think youll be fine, since game is mainly processor heavy.
