The teardrop of the road reaches the silent buildings, the teardrop of the road pierces all the rooms in town. It isn't Madame Piaf who sings. It's the rain that falls, the wind that complains, the moonlight that shines.

ok, i'll give it a try... but my englsh isn't verry good, sorry ;) !

Look at this wonderful little person, her hands are the ones of a lizard on the ruins.

Look at her face , the front like Bonaparte. Her eyes look smiliar to the ones of a blind women, who got her sight back. How does she sing ? How does she express herself ?

  • I am amazed that they died on the same day.............

  • Intéressant!!

    ((de Montréal, Québec, Canada)

  • Did they? That's strange!

    Both are great artists.

Can somebody translate this to English? My French is poor.

  • Both, piat & cocteau, died the same day !
