Ian Bell (137) just last ball before the Tea mistook the ball going to fence as four and ran for the fourth run but (as it seemed to some commentators) that instead he ran to the striker end Eoin Morgan as it was last ball before Tea, it was appealed for a Run-out and eventually third umpire gave it a run out in a first of its kind... Later on the Indian Cricket team decided to recall the decision to play the game in the right spirit and Ian Bell came back BIZARRE!!

After his diving attempt to stop the ball, the fielder behaves as though the ball had gone for four. He gets up slowly, strolls over to it and casually chucks it back to the wicket. All his movements suggest the ball is dead.
Technically Bell's out, but in the spirit of the game, he isn't. The fielder definitely 'told' the batsman that the ball was dead. Full credit to India for accepting this 'fair' interpretation and for not forcing a technical wicket. I'm proud of cricket today.

AS an Englishman and a player, I have to say that the responsibility is completely down to the batsman to protect his wicket, regardless of the situation. The opposition are not there to protect it for you. Bell should not have assumed anything and remained in his ground. Cricket, like every other sport is rife with gamesmanship (I'm not suggesting that was the case here), and as such you maintain an awareness that enables you to succeed.
