This episode of Kitchen Nightmares shows that what really infuriates Chef Gordon Ramsay is not bad cooking but unhygienic kitchen conditions. Rose Leone dedicated over two decades of her life to her Italian restaurant Leone's Restaurant in Montclair, New Jersey. Unfortunately, she suffered a major health setback about two years ago, forcing her son Michael to become the boss. As you can probably guess, son Michael has run the restaurant to the ground. He's a lazy boss who doesn't do much besides watch sports games on the television set up right at the entrance where customers walk in, forcing head server Trudy to do everything.

I feel sorry for that mother. Just imagine, going to sleep for two years and then wake up to discover your own son committing proverbial murder to something you worked your ass off to make. If that had be, I would have trouble looking at my parents because of the shame.
