  • Richard Croft is grabbing his ear again...

  • @choirchub Nonsense. Clear vowels can be made at most registers, especially by male voices.

  • increible!

  • @lambojo1994 - the singer was undoubtedly modifying the closed "a" vowel of "flames" to "ah" so as to sing the word in his upper register. it's a very common trick among singers. Higher pitches require higher tension on the vocal chords, and closed vowels in the upper register add more but unnecessary tension. In the battle between maintaining a beautiful singing tone and maintaining absolutely pure vowels for sake of textual clarity, any singer will go for beautiful tone first.

  • Beautiful voices; sumptuous tones from the orchestra; young, intelligent, radiant faces. What a wonderful feast! Must obtain a recording.

i love Marc Minkowski! i thank you for you musical gift for us.

  • @lambojo1994 this is a very old english from the 17. century! Sometimes it´s sounds strange!!
