i'm new to all this. just upgraded to the new ios 5 on my 3GS. if i get the rock or cydia, will the icloud still work? looks like the rock won. But like i said,,, I'm new to this.

@Bella4Belle Rock was bought out by Cydia. I'm an android user now so i'm unaware if there are any alternatives to Cydia.

hey dumbshit, for me cydia loads in two seconds and its not slow, i got everything i needed from cydia for free and never needed rock

@TheFroman007 Cydia is in constant development and there will continue to be changes made to rectify errors and issues such as a long startup time. I have been an Android user for the last year and have not stayed up to date with Cydia's changelog. Also, even if i was inherently wrong even at the time the video was created, greeting me with "hey dumbshit" is quite rude.

@eltopotopacio You sure about that? First off, cydia is not a person. It is a program. Second, cydia was created by Jay Freeman. Rock was created by a team of people known as the "Rock Your Phone Team". Therefore, we can conclude that Rock and Cydia were not created by the same person, nor did "cydia [invent] rock n icy".

hey, when i try download/install something from cydia, it says cydia cant find the packages and data, but when i open it, it says everything is loaded, including the packages..help?
