wtff ... im doing this with 5kg weights ... and i did till 4:40 ... now i just cant continue ... it`s hard ... i should try with 3kg weights ... maybe later i will be able to do with the 5kg ... but now ill take a 10 min break ... and then continue

@lbwhite89 you can the the abs,buns, everyday but do the arms everyother day because that way your muscles will heal and your arms will get rock hard in no time =)
