I think it was rated T...maybe E10. It has blood in it so I know it's not E.

There's all sorts of E's with blood. The Megaman Zero series has blood- even coming from robots! Banjo Kazooie has blood coming from Banjo when you enter a swamp without protective rain boots. I'm sure there's other examples, but those are the only ones I can think of off of the top of my head.
