All of this was Romano's fault. A rich patient was brought to the E.R. and Dr. Pratt was trying to care for him, but the patient was incredibly rude. Romano overrides Pratt in regard to the patient's care and says he's as good as gone. The rich patient wanted to be transported to another hospital so they take the helicopter. Romano has a panic attack upon seeing the helicopter and ends up in the courtyard getting air. Helicopter explodes, a ring of fire around Romano, and that horrible SQUASH!

Wow. Talk about Irony... So scared of Helicopters from having his arm sliced off by one, to the point that he couldn't even go up to the helipad to give the driver something, only to step outside and have one crash on him... RIP Romano.

Everyone talks about Romano, but what about the nurse that basically DIED when a piece of the helicopter pierced through her back? Ugh, I felt horrible for her...
