The Toadies' cover of the Thin Lizzy classic. This is a rarity that was included on the 1997 "Come On Feel The Metal" CD, which was a compilation of DFW area musicians performing covers of metal classics to benefit the American Cancer Society.

  • Actually, he has (or had) one of the better and more distinctive voices in rock, though you can't really tell with this cover. The Toadies are NOT emo. They were making music before what is now considered to be emo was even around.

  • Take a listen to his albums. check out backslider and away, not even close to emo. about as rock as rock gets
