Actually, he has (or had) one of the better and more distinctive voices in rock, though you can't really tell with this cover. The Toadies are NOT emo. They were making music before what is now considered to be emo was even around.

@fenderjaguar1985 in the original version of this song no one even used a fender other than the bassist/singer... Les Pauls were used and sound damn good
