24/10/07 - Political prisoners are freed at 3:20am

Nicol Pashinyan and other members of "Impeachment" party were unjustly imprisoned for 8 hours on 23 October in Yerevan. After the meeting with the 1st president Ter-Petrosyan, police finally freeds them at 3:20am. A large group of people was chanting "Battle,battle until the end" and applausing president Levon Ter-Petrosyans and others.

WHO CLOSED ARMENIAN ATOMIC POWER STATION? In an interview to RIA-Novosti agency, the last Prime Minister of USSR Nikolay Rijkov touched upon the shutdown of the Armenian Atomic Power Station. He mainly mentioned that he had signed the decision of the shutdown of the Atomic Station and Nairit, as they were State property. However, "the shutdown issue was raised by former Armenian authorities, as Levon Ter-Petrosian and his people did everything to close them".

The Atomic Power Station was opened during Levon Ter-Petrosyan's presidency. I know this because my father was the direct person to open it.

Yes, Nairit was closed during Levon, because it caused massive expenses and air pollution.

The Atomic Power Station was closed by the Russians after they bought it from the current government - Robert Kocharyan.
