  • @bjarvis2785 Barry, you're absolutely right. Unfortunately, too many sales people don't determine what kind of person they're dealing with beforehand. Thanks for your perspective.

    The line about both parties getting something out of the negotiations is spot on.

    Planning like this always helps if you know your customer well in my opinion. So you need to be using you other skill sets to determine what kind of person you're dealing with before you get to this point.
