mtv's nitro circus features streetbike tommy. he's the hilariously chubby guy who does whacky stuff...as opposed to the other guys who do whacky stuff. tommy paid sports soup a visit in studio and decided to bring along a shock collar to shock matt when something aired he didn't like. hilarity ensued.
