This is an amazing bit of video. Sometimes (most of the time?), McCain seems to be not only out of touch with America, but completely out of touch with himself.
Could he be in the beginning stages of alzheimers or dementia? Seriously - just think about how many times he has been interviewed and just doesn't remember thigs about himself. The interview with Tim Russert, where McCaib challenges a statement about himself, only to be reminded that it was his own statement, comes to mind.
