You are absolutely 100 percent correct! We (govt) should be supporting small business (VDSB). While I can't speak for prime contractors looking for VDSB as sub-contractors, I do understand about some of the government's disconnects when it comes to supporting small business concers (per FAR). I'm active duty AF in contracting and also an Iraq war veteran. I fully support you and would like to offer any help/advise. Godspeed!
