  • @rfilhote -No I've never been hurt doing any stability ball drills. I have fallen before -but that is just part of the learning process -but I've never been hurt. I am a firm advocate that practical strength and agility training should build a body capable of handling falls of all kinds. Although I am 42-years old -falling now is no different than when I was a kid -my body is actually ore resilient now.
