Forget health concerns. The point is it is unconstitutional for any drug to be illegal. This is ridiculous that we have let this drug war get so out of hand.

Drug testing will also be different. Marijuana stays in your system for weeks, so those tests are basically useless. People such as employers will have to test for harder drugs like alcohol and meth, etc, but will not be able to test for marijuana intoxication other than looking for obviously high workers. Also, cops should only be able to do sobriety tests.

There are other very medicinal cannabinoids in cannabis besides THC. THC is not the most medicinal cannabinoid. The medication Marinol uses isolated artificial THC the last I heard.
