This singer doesn't seem to sound much like a native Japanese speaker/singer. She pronounces the words like an American, and the sound just isn't tight and together like the original. It seems like some teenaged girl with a halfway decent singing voice decided she was "OMG JAPANESE KAWAII DESU NE" and decided to ruin the song with her lame and limp rendition of it. I'm no expert on Japanese, but she doesn't even bother to pronounce the words like they were pronounced in the original.

This is a decent and respectful version of an excellent song. However, it fails to match up to the original. Can't blame it, considering that Megumi Hayashibara is the singer for the original.

It was still very enjoyable to listen to, though.

It ain't the tune that makes the song. It's the singer.
