The neocons are afraid.Afraid of their 9/11 fairy tale narrative falling apart under the scrutiny of an actual trial. As opposed to a show trial with secret evidence,torture,etc.

KSM may not be innocent,but I'm sure he didn't stand down NORAD for almost 2 hours,drop WTC 7 in 6.5 seconds,issue VISAS to the alleged hijackers who didn't qualify,run simultaneous war games at the time of the attack,steal 2.3 trillion from the pentagon,wire $100,000 to Atta,etc,ect....
