Kickboxing is by far my favorite workout! It is fun and addicting and uses muscles you never realized you had!! Puts you in great shape too :) LOVE IT! Do it all the time and it never gets boring! I love using a bag and have great, comfortable gloves. Having the bag to punch and kick really seems to make a difference for me and totally adds to the workout!
